Cancellations must be made in writing with at least 42 days' notice (before your balance payment is due). Once the balance is due, it is non-refundable.

Restricted Breeds: 

In accordance with our commitment to safety, breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on the campsite. This is in place to prioritize the well-being of everyone on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Exclusivity for Families and Couples:

Our campsite is designed to provide a serene and family-friendly environment, making it an ideal getaway for couples and families. We regret to inform you that group bookings, including single-sex groups of three or more people, are not accepted. This policy ensures a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Additionally, we do not cater to hen and stag parties, further promoting a tranquil and family-oriented camping experience.

Quiet Hours for Serenity:

To maintain a peaceful and restful environment for all campers, our site strictly observes quiet hours from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy, allowing everyone to enjoy a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed to the sounds of nature.

Fire Safety Guidelines:

For the safety of our guests and the surrounding environment, open fires are not permitted on the campsite. However, we do allow barbecues as long as they are raised off the ground. This precaution ensures a controlled and secure outdoor cooking experience, minimizing the risk of accidental fires.

Vehicle Policy:
